Flow control measurement

Our service department is equipped with portable ultrasonic flow meters and, thanks to the contact principle, can perform control measurements directly at the customer's premises without interrupting operation or interfering with the pipeline.

A set of "A" sensors is used for pipes with an outer diameter of 13 to 115 mm, and a set of "B" sensors is used for pipes with a diameter of 50 to 2000 mm. Flow measurements in the range of 0.1 to 20 m/s with an accuracy of up to ±2% are performed without contact with the measured medium, which reduces unnecessary downtime.

The real-time measurement is shown on a display, and after the measurement is done, you can transfer the values to a PC for further processing. An integral part of flow measurement with a clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter is measuring the pipe wall thickness in the range of 1.5 to 200 mm.
