We have successfully delivered 22 special multi-level temperature sensors to a customer in the energy sector. These sensors are notable for their very small outer diameter while maintaining high durability and accuracy.
Each sensor consists of three K-type thermocouples, which are placed at different lengths in a 10-meter protective tube. This allows the temperature profile to be monitored at multiple points simultaneously, providing valuable data for process control.
The measuring range of the sensors covers up to +500 °C. The sensors are also certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, ensuring their versatility and safe deployment even in critical applications.
