Information about personal data processing
JSP, s.r.o., with its registered office at Raisova 547, 506 01 Jičín, Company ID No.: 49286684, registered in the Business Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, insert 4316 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") hereby provides information on the processing of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Personal data processed:
- Identification and contact details (first and last name, address, signature; if the subject is a business entity, this includes the company ID number and registered office address, email, telephone number, contact address, etc.). The above-mentioned controller does not collect or process sensitive personal data of business partners and does not perform profiling.
Purposes of processing:
The above-mentioned personal data controller processes personal data:
- Based on the performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation
For the purpose of performing a contract (business relationship), the provision of personal data is entirely voluntary, but it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract and its subsequent administration. Without this data, the controller is unable to conclude the contract and fulfill the obligations and rights arising from it. - Based on legitimate interests
The controller considers it a legitimate interest to provide information about planned events based on previous participation.
If the data subject has participated in a previous event organized by the controller (training/seminar/conference), it is assumed that they will be interested in future events and may therefore be contacted with invitations to future events. If they express their disagreement with any invitation, the data subject's decision will be respected and invitations to events organized by the controller will not be sent. - For sending commercial and marketing communications
Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is based on the principle of free will. This means that the subject may revoke or re-grant it at any time.
Processing period:
- The personal data of business partners is stored for the duration of the business relationship (performance of the contract) and thereafter for reporting and archiving purposes. After the end of the business relationship and the settlement of all obligations, personal data is stored for the period specified by legislative requirements.
- For the processing of personal data for marketing purposes only, the maximum period for storing personal data is 5 years from the date of consent.
Sources of personal data:
- Directly from the subject (personal handover, previous business relationship, registration for events organized by the controller).
- Publicly available sources (website, commercial register, register of economic entities, etc.).
Rights of the data subject:
The data subject has the right to request information from the controller about the processing of its personal data, access to personal data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. It also has the right to make a complaint and, if it suspects that the processing of data is contrary to the protection of the data subject's private or personal life or contrary to the law, it has the right to request the controller to correct the situation. This consent is given voluntarily and may be withdrawn and re-granted at any time for individual purposes. A request for the deletion of personal data cannot be made if it is contrary to legislative requirements.
