Warranty and post-warranty service

We provide our customers with standard warranty and post-warranty service. We cooperate in the form of one-time service visits or regular, contractually agreed maintenance.

We also offer:

• Service line +420 605 951 061, available during business hours; availability can be adjusted according to customer requirements upon agreement.
• Operational service stock of sensors and spare parts.

We are continuing our long tradition as a supplier of a complete range of instruments for measuring non-electrical quantities.
 

We service:

• Temperature, pressure, flow, and level sensors,
•  Instruments from other brands by agreement,
• Chemical analysis panels (sample preparation, conductivity, pH, O2, Si, etc.),
• Oil detectors supplied by our company,
• Other devices and assemblies upon agreement

Our services also include calibration of temperature and pressure sensors and metrological verification of meters for invoice measurement.
