Reporting illegal conduct (Whistleblowing)

Reporting to the designated person can be done through the internal reporting system:

1. Electronically - through a web interface, that allows written and oral submissions

2. In person - at the address Třídvorská 1402, 280 02 Kolín. In the case of a personal report, the report is submitted to the designated person, who enters it into the electronic internal reporting system by means of "assisted submission."

 

The report must contain first name, last name, birth date, or other information from which the reporter can be identified.
